Continue Your POCUS Learning After the Workshop
The POCUS.pk Foundations Certification Pathway provides a structured post-workshop process for documented practice, mentor review, portfolio development and assessment. Payment records your enrollment application; dashboard access and a Certification ID are activated only after workshop attendance is verified. Successful candidates receive an online-verifiable credential after completing every published requirement.

Who may register

- Learners able to submit fully de-identified practice evidence.
- Candidates who accept the candidate, privacy and scope declarations.
Completion Requirements
- Verified attendance at an approved POCUS.pk hands-on workshop.
- Five accepted scan logs in each of four core modules.
- Twenty accepted scan logs in total.
- One accepted portfolio case for each core module.
- Score at least 70% and receive a recorded pass in the knowledge assessment.
- Receive a recorded pass in both the structured practical assessment and all critical safety items.
- Resolve any privacy, identity, academic-integrity or payment issue.

Lung Ultrasound
Pleural assessment, A-lines, B-lines, consolidation, effusion and focused pneumothorax assessment.
Focused Cardiac Ultrasound
Core views, gross ventricular function, pericardial fluid and focused hemodynamic questions.
Vascular / IVC
Vessel identification, IVC image acquisition, limitations and responsible interpretation.
Abdominal / eFAST
Focused windows, free-fluid assessment, image optimization and technical limitations.
What Happens After Payment?

Candidate details
- Legal full name for the credential record.

Workshop verification details
- Hands-on workshop city.

Payment and candidate conditions
- The fee purchases access to the pathway, mentor review and defined assessments. It does not purchase a pass result.
- Successful certification payments are intentionally placed On hold until workshop attendance is verified and enrollment is activated.
- Incorrect or unmatched workshop details can delay activation.
- No patient-identifying information may be submitted.
- Clinical practice remains subject to workplace rules, supervision, scope of practice and applicable professional requirements.
- A full refund may withdraw the enrollment or place the pathway on hold; assigned IDs and audit records may be retained.
- Extension, remediation, reassessment and appeal rules apply as published by POCUS.pk.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as the workshop attendance certificate?
No. Attendance confirms participation in the workshop. This product enrolls an eligible attendee in a separate assessed pathway.
Why is my paid order On hold?
The plugin intentionally places certification payments On hold until attendance is verified. This does not normally mean the payment failed. After an authorized administrator verifies attendance, the order is completed and access is activated.
When will my dashboard be activated?
Activation occurs only after payment and workshop-attendance verification. At activation, the plugin creates your Certification ID, records the completion deadline and enables My POCUS Certification in your account.
Is the Certification ID already a credential?
No. It identifies your learner record. A public credential is issued separately after the final completion check and authorized approval.
What happens if my workshop details cannot be matched?
Your enrollment remains Pending Verification. Contact the program team with the correct workshop order number, attendance code, city, date and email used for workshop registration.
What happens if I do not pass an assessment?
You will receive feedback and the remediation or reassessment options stated in the current program policy. Payment does not guarantee issuance of a credential.
Can I register for another person?
No. The POCUS.PK account, legal name, professional details and workshop attendance record must belong to the candidate.
Where will I submit scan logs?
After activation, log in and open My Account → My POCUS Certification. The technical endpoint remains /my-account/pocus-passport/ so existing integrations continue working.
